What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, you choose to share your name, your mobile number, and any details you type in the message field. If you tap a text or call link, your own phone app opens with Ashlee’s number. Nothing is collected until you send it.
How we use it
The information you send is used for one thing: so Ashlee can reply, answer your questions, and help you schedule a session. If you check the mailing list box, she may also send you occasional studio updates. You can opt out of those at any time by replying or asking her to remove you.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. It is only ever used to get back to you about Pilates With Ashlee.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just reach out and we will take care of it.
